What do I do if refrigeration is not maintained or if the dose smells or tastes different?


If the sample sits out for more than 30 minutes or if it appears to have spoiled, the solution must be replaced. Please contact us for replacements.

ReadiClinic®

ReadiClinic® is a same day service. Visit guidelines are:

· For established KCAA patients only.

· Do not come to ReadiClinic® if you have a fever or COVID-19.

· If you have recently had a fever, you must call first to review your situation with a nurse.
