Insurance / Billing Information

At KCAA, we understand that insurance and billing can be complicated. We work with many insurance companies so we can serve as many patients as possible. We’ll also work with you on payment plans if insurance doesn’t cover treatment.

KCAA is pleased to work with a wide variety of insurance providers. Check with your insurance company and verify our physicians are covered under your plan.

Please note that you will be responsible for any fees not covered by insurance. Copays are expected at the time of service.

Some insurance plans might not cover all services, or may require referrals. Referrals are the responsibility of the patient. Please check with your insurance provider before your appointment if you have any questions.

ReadiClinic®

ReadiClinic® is a same day service. Visit guidelines are:

· For established KCAA patients only.

· Do not come to ReadiClinic® if you have a fever or COVID-19.

· If you have recently had a fever, you must call first to review your situation with a nurse.
